She became involved in her profession because she was always interested in and fascinated by art, and by beautiful homes and rooms. She wanted to express these passions by painting portraits, so she took classes in watercolors at the National Academy of Design.
Extended Bio Profile:
From 1983 to 1995, Ms. Corsini Bland worked as an illustrator for Brunschwig and Fils, where she produced watercolor renderings for the company's wallpaper books. In 2009, she illustrated "Sister Parish Design On Decorating," written by Susan Crater and Libby Cameron and published by St. Martin's Press, a Macmillan imprint.
