Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after starting in the beauty business in 1987 as an aesthetics director. At this time, she found that there was a huge need for improvement in the industry.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. D'Allaird is an author, speaker and consultant across the United States. She has been a master skin health educator for Artistry, an international cosmetic company, since 2006. In this role, she travels and provides education on skin care. Ms. D'Allaird has served as a keynote speaker for The International Congress of Esthetics and Spa in Philadelphia, Dallas, Miami and Long Beach. She is the co-author of "Salon Fundamentals," an aesthetics textbook. The Aesthetic Science Institute offers a wide variety of continuing education courses. The school was first approved by the state in laser and medical aesthetics.
