Mr. Hoff served as a comment editor for the Law Review magazine while studying at the University of California, Los Angeles. He was recognized as one of the leading securities litigation attorneys and has been listed in the Law dragon's 100 Lawyers You Need to Know in Securities Litigation. He is also a co-author of a treatise, which renders a comprehensive treatment of the responsibilities and functions of publicly traded corporations and their directors, officers and the general counsel, which includes issues of compliance with the Sawbones-Axle Act and other law compliance and internal controls issues.
