Processing and evaluating various types of specimens; Tending to various management and administrative duties; Conducting statistical analysis; Coordinating follow-up studies; Writing follow-up letters, procedures and policies; Submitting policies and procedures for review; Serving on the medical center's lean committee, which works to make the department as efficient as possible, and on the employee activities committee, which organizes events such as baseball games, picnics and trips
