Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of her love for children, although she has never had children of her own. After spending more than 30 years in customer service with airlines and in corporate travel, she decided to open her own business. After seeing her husband's daughter open a party franchise, she opened her own.
