Mrs. McClary is a nurse practitioner in a busy diabetes and endocrine center. She is involved with the clinical decision-making in the management of patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders. She also precepts nursing practitioner students at the University of Rochester. She previously taught nursing at Monroe Community College.

Working as part of a team with endocrinologists in a large practice setting; Handling the clinical management of patients; Overseeing the gestational diabetes program; Implementing diabetes education, insulin management and insulin pump managements; Adjusting patients' medications for optimal blood sugar levels; Coordinating meetings on various topics
