She attributes her success to her excellent mentors and good educational background.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after initially intending to work as a medical missionary. However, she began working in general orthopedics, and progressed to medical-surgical and emergency care, where she spent 16 years of her career.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensuring that standard practices, laws and regulations are being met; Overseeing the implementation of quality procedures and policies; Ensuring quality care for all hospital patients; Assigning and reviewing the work of hospital personnel to determine the effectiveness of quality assurance programs; Facilitating medical staff meetings

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
