What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to her extensive professional experience in the banking and finance sector. While working at Bankers Trust, which later was acquired by Deutsche Bank, she had the opportunity to work with some amazing managers. Some managers encouraged her and acknowledged both her successes and potential. To that regard, she was promoted and transferred to other areas of the bank with solid references.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of the excellent opportunities the industry had to offer.
Extended Bio Profile:
After a successful 28-year career at Deutsche Bank, Ms. Wagner's job was eliminated as a result of the recent economic crisis. Nevertheless, she remains empowered to survive an extremely tough job market and get back into the banking industry as soon as possible. Her previous job titles include vice president and manager.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing as the vice president; Acting as a team leader
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Wagner hopes to have acquired another permanent position in the banking industry. She is eager to continue working in the loan market and to continue working with corporate actions and amendments. She is quite interested to see how the new regulations will effect the financial markets, and how they will subsequently evolve.
