Extended Bio Profile:
The Breakthru Center creates and disseminates information on scaling startups to second-stage companies, and then to sustainable enterprises. While many organizations focus on the startup, entrepreneurs are, for the most part, left on their own once the company is organized and capital is in place. Ms. Kline developed a concept of four pillars for startup success, which include: passion, adequate funding, technical savvy, and leadership. However, without the ability to develop policies, procedures, and a management team -- the hallmarks of second-stage growth -- any business will flounder. Ms. Kline also operates another branch of the business, Breakthru Communications, which provides strategic marketing and public relations counseling to entrepreneurial companies in high-tech markets, such as renewable energy, industrial networking, Internet infrastructure, application software, communications, and semiconductors.

Building information and respect to create second-stage growth for small startup companies; Aiming to create new companies and additional jobs; Overseeing company growth, and strategic planning for corporate and product launches
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Kline plans to help the Breakthru Center become a respected hub of communications for second-stage companies. She also plans to establish an educational component for management training.
