Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because while attending pursuing a minor in industrial engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, she was required to take law classes and discovered that she enjoyed learning about the law more than she enjoyed her other studies. This prompted her to enroll in law school.

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Hoffmann plans to continue building her New Jersey office, which is currently in its infancy stages. She would like to make her new practice as successful as her California practice was.
