Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
The next five years are very important for UAL. The last 10 years were very disturbing for their company due to the incidence of 9/11, which affected all Muslims around the world adversely and resulted in a negative impact. Due to profiling, surveillance, monitoring, the restrictions that hindered overseas traveling, and problems in transfers of legitimate funds in and of the country, they were not able to achieve desired growth rate.
For the next five years, they are in the process of forming alliances and joint ventures with overseas companies with similar type of business, these alliances will be structured in a manner that their overseas partners will be benefited by their presence in USA and will be fully represented in a manner that they do not have to open their offices or make any capital investment in the USA; similar type of arrangements they will be reciprocated by their clients for UAL.
UAL will be employing young, dynamic and results oriented business development mangers to achieve these targets, as the company has 15 years in business with excellent track records, certifications and credibility. It will be ensured that the growth will be in phases and should be gradual process able to sustain within company resources.
