Extended Bio Profile:
Dr. Binder received an MD in Soviet-occupied Lithuania and practiced internal medicine there for two years after completing a residency. She then came to the U.S. and attained a pharmaceutical degree. She worked as a hospital pharmacist for seven years before joining International Pharmaceutical as a drug safety manager. Dr. Binder is fluent in four languages: Lithuanian, Russian, Ukrainian and English.

Directing drug safety projects; Pursuing European Union approval for a new project; Training the staff; Giving presentations; Updating the company's standard operation procedure; Developing contingency plans; Sitting on various committees involved in risk management and regulatory compliance; Making evaluations and assessments; Creating post-marketing reports
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Dr. Binder expects to work on medical translations as she is fluent in four different languages. She also hopes to continue working on training presentations and begin working as a teacher.
