She attributes her success to her passion and great teamwork.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because at age 6, she was in the hospital for her appendix, and the nurses cared for her very well. She decided then that she wanted to provide the same kind of care to others when she got older.

Hiring and firing staff; Working on several different geriatric programs; Managing hospital discharge plans; Training nurses to improve geriatric care
