She became involved in her profession because she has been an entrepreneur since she was 19, owning an ice cream shop initially. Her father was a business owner of one of the largest residential and commercial flooring companies in the tri-state area's flooring industry, so she pursued a business in the industry as well.

AC Designing Women Flooring is owned and operated by Ms. Martinolich and her mother, Barbara Goldstein. Together they provide a combined 60-plus years in experienced flooring estimation, design and professional floor installation. They excel in residential, commercial, medical and hospitality flooring applications.
