The highlight of her career was living her father's favorite quote, "Give, and you will get back ten-fold" has been the essence of her being.Everything she does has this purpose behind it. Yet, she expects nothing in return but a simple thank you.

She became involved in her profession because she enjoyed helping her sister direct and supervise an aftercare program.
Extended Bio Profile:
Miss Romeo assisted her sister in directing and supervising the AoOl's school's aftercare program, she enjoyed the work immensely. When the kindergarten aide position became available, and her teacher, Patricia Newland approached her She asked if would be interested in the position because she was impressed with her dedication to the children and her creativity. Both are positive criteria for the Kindergarten Aid's position. Miss Romeo's sister Barbara Romeo has served as a mentor to her throughout her career.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing instruction to half of the kindergarten students; Ensuring students are provided with their snacks; Assisting students with a special project every day; Helping students with computer programs; Guiding students' work on the theme of the week; Instructing students on how to cut, paste, and write; Instructing students on how to make handmade gifts for special occasions; Supervising lunch and indoor and outdoor play; Assisting the special subject teacher, such as computer, library, music, Spanish, and gym; Supervising the schools aftercare program for the children in pre-kindergarten to grade eight
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Miss Romeo hopes to continue the same kind of work, and to establish the Vito J. Romeo colon cancer fund in memory of her father who passed away in November of 2010.
