Dr. Pascale, having practiced for more than 38 years, has experience and compassion for his babies, their families and his staff. He had a wonderful relationships with the staff members he has worked with in all the hospitals with which he has been affiliated.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Dr. Pascale's greatest career achievement is having practiced for more than 38 years, he has helped to develop three neonatal units in Tulsa,OK at St. John's hospital. Co-director of neonatal care, Wesley Long Community Hospital,Greensboro, NC. He developed unit from level 1 to a level 3 (1988-1998). Sub contracted by the army in (2000-2006). Co-director of the neonatal unit at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft. Bragg, NC
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
He would be liked to be remembered by his peers as some one who is passionate about his care and someone who was a delight to be around, a good and faithful colleague.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Bringing back the values of traditional family values and family cohesiveness

Jesus Christ, he is his lord and savior, and directs everything he does.

Providing neonatal care and medical treatment of neonatal and premature babies; Conducting administration and management services; Interfacing between administration and physician staffing for collaboration as related to neonatal medical services; Pursuing community-based initiatives for enhanced education of drug abuse problems as related to pregnancies and neonatal medical treatment services; Participating in medical missions in Central America for the last 10 years
