Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was with a company doing many roles. This compliance was a new service analytical. She came in on the back end, learned it and found she love enjoyed the relationship with clients and investigative side of the business.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Freeman has 11 years experience helping federal contractors, subcontractors navigate federal compliance laws while providing affirmative action plan development and office of federal contract compliance programs audit assistance. Ms. Freeman's clients can be nationwide and though she tries to get in front of them much of her work is done on the web. They provide information needed to do an audit of what their practices are and statistical data. The government may request an audit and then she submits the audit she has done. The companies are are also reaching out to the disabled and veterans and she ensures compliance for that segment also. After her findings she submits reports to human resource professional. Previously, she had worked for nonprofit, CAI and was doing the same work. The companies are very diverse and are pharmaceuticals, agricultural, financial, manufacturers, and technical.

Working with companies from 70-5,000 employees; Doing business with federal government; Providing an annual review of workforce and employment statistics to see if there are any statistical problems with hiring, compensation, termination and promotion practices
