Education for disadvantaged children. Precious Children’s Mobile Mission (PCMM) has been birthed out of a passion to reach out to children who need additional support during their formative years with respect to character training and the application of these principles in their everyday lives. The children, many of whom are disadvantaged or come from low-income homes, receive help in learning how to interact with their world with confidence, instilling in them the courage to dream, to believe and to achieve.

Work History:
Ms. McNeil is the the founder and executive director of Precious Children's Mobile Mission. She has a Master's Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi with over 15 years experience in education with public high schools as well as community colleges. She has worked extensively with multi-cultural groups and also has been involved in financial trainings along with real estate training. Ms. McNeil has much experience with children from many backgrounds, and one of her heart's desires is to work towards changing the "mindsets" of the poverty stricken. She plans to do this by reaching out to one area at a time with teams who are equipped to teach finances and character. Her motto is to leave them with a "taste of prosperity" and to show them how to move towards achieving it. She also desires to serve any area that would like to see their children receive financial and character education which she believes go "hand in hand."
Charity:
Local church, where she worked with the children's ministry, which gave her the heart and motivation to begin Precious Children's Mobile Mission.

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
Ms. McNeil attributes her success to great parents who sent her to school to be educated. She was taught that hard work and determination are the cornerstone to achieving success, but helping someone else along the way, makes the journey even sweeter.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
Ms. McNeil became involved in her profession because she always loved children, teaching, and volunteered with her church. She was in charge of children ages 5 to 10, where they simulated another country and culture each month. She loved it and when it ended she really missed it, so she created the foundation.
All children need to know they are special and that they are gifted. They need to hear affirmations. They need to participate in activities that teach them about finances even at an early age so they will not develop a mindset of poverty that is so prevalent in our society.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Focusing on educating children of all cultures in two important life-lessons: character development for social success and financial knowledge for money management success; Utilizing computer training; Bringing laptops into low income areas; Teaching finances; Working with a Board of Directors; Acquiring materials; Creating the teaching curriculum; Networking with other non-profits and leaders of educational organizations;

In five years, Ms. McNeil hopes for continued growth for the foundation, making it a worldwide charitable organization.
