He became involved in his profession through the inspiration of his father and uncle, who were both in the military.
Extended Bio Profile:
Since May 2011, Mr. Leonard has been retired from an illustrious 33-year career in the U.S. Navy. He served for 22 years on active duty and spent 11 years with the ROTC. Mr. Leonard's father served in the Army and his uncle served in the Air Force. He has always wanted to follow in their footsteps and have a career in the military. He enlisted at the age of 17, directly after his early graduation from high school.
