Extended Bio Profile:
As a former graduate of MSU, Ms. Hayes has worked in human services and is a licensed nursing home administrator. Career goals focus on supporting community-based supports for individuals with disabilities. She has chaired the brain injury advisory committee.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing daily operations including all programs that service children, adults, seniors and families with varied and other multiple needs; Managing human resources, finance, quality assurance and new service lines such as innovative technology programs or neurobehavioral supports for post acute brain injuries; Encouraging and protecting individual choice and person dignity; Developing and implementing programs that give individuals better access to community resources, increased participation in community life, greater personal choice, improved adaptive living skills and greater overall life satisfactions
