Dr. Nicholson established his private practice in 1980. He performs neuropsychological testing, which is also known as "surgery of psychology" and requires very detailed and accurate procedures. Dr. Nicholson is also on staff at Northern Michigan Regional Hospital, where he is assigned to acute rehabilitation unit.
