Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because of her comfort level with herself; she has never needed to be a follower. Dr Sonia Friedman inspired her to help other women be themselves.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Mayberry Young was previously a professor in the department of psychology at Washington University in St. Louis. She has also served as an expert adviser for Ebony Magazine. On September 24, 2011, Ms. Mayberry Young conducted a seminar titled "Let's Work it Out" to engage and help women with their issues.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Teaching in the department of psychology for the Wayne County Community College District; Helping couples with their issues, which conflict with intimacy because they are not whole, neither are they finished; Encouraging women to become self-actualized, so they flourish in their lives
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Mayberry Young hopes to visits venues such as Harvard University and Wellesley College to engage, integrate and bring about an understanding of women and their ability to lead whole lives.
