Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Lowell spent 20 years attempting to implement his projects. He is currently involved with over 50 global-scale projects for developing nations which came at a great cost and sacrifice to him and his family. There is a significant possibility that the total funding for these projects has been completed and will become available soon. He hosted the South Sudan Alternative Energy Conference in Mount Clemens, Michigan in November of 2008, to attempt to bring alternative energy and renewable resources to their 10 million residents who live without an electrical grid.

Mr. Lowell’s life has revolved around understanding and accepting responsibility since his youth. In 1972, during the Vietnam War, he joined the Air Force. He went to Thailand after learning to repair radar jamming equipment on fighters and bomber aircraft. One night at a Chapel service during a moment of silent prayer, he experienced a spiritual epiphany. He became 'born again' as described in the Holy Bible, inviting Jesus Christ to be the Lord and Saviour of his life. Since then his life is devoted to major projects and changes that will help uplift the lives of others, based on sound and moral business practices coupled with Godly principles. He is currently seeking major investors for projects that include water, alternative energy and other environmental projects in a total of 60-plus countries.

Mr. Lowell has devoted eight-plus years in deciphering what it would take to remediate 60 million landmines in more than 36-plus countries over a 10 to 15 year period. The request for this project came to him through his elder associate, Cpt. John J. Broz. Captain Broz, a retired captain from the United States Naval Reserve. Cpt. Broz received the request initially from military intelligence at the Pentagon from an active duty army colonel. When the colonel asked Captain Broz if he could assist the United States in putting a 10-year plan of action together for this task, Cpt. Broz saw a supernatural phenomenon, a large portrait-sized picture of Mr. Lowell's face flash in front of him with his name spelled in big, bold, block letters underneath it. This spoke to him to contact Mr. Lowell and ask for his assistance about 15 years ago. Mr. Lowell and Cpt. Broz continue in their efforts to bring clean, safe drinking water, alternative energy and environmental projects to the developing nations for the benefit of mankind and the world’s suffering poor.
