He became involved in his profession because of his interest in social work that gave him the opportunity to work with people in all kinds of environment.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Jasmund served as an emotional support leader for the Chaplain services program in 2007 and 2008. He has developed an emergency response manual for lay volunteers for the Office of Fire Chaplain affiliated to the Meridian Fire Department and Meridian Christian Church in Okemos, MI. He has been as a contractual therapist at the Catholic Charities of Jackson, Michigan since 2009. He also serves as a part of the EPA employee services for the Department of Corrections/Department of Community Health’s TISM team in the state of Michigan since 2008 and as a hostage negotiator for the Michigan Department of Corrections. He is currently serving as a program trainer in the Chaplain Services program and he is inspiring others to imagine and participate how they can make a difference to others in crisis and need. He is a clinical mentor for an undergraduate college student at Catholic Charities of Jackson.
