I attribute my success to motivation, drive and to the tmentors that have supported me. As a child I had a very challenging childhood with a lot of adversity. We worked hard and it was not an option. I learned good work ethic at an early age.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
I began working in healthcare as a high school student but I had always wanted to work in the hospital as a nurst.
