She is the right hand to the advisor of HOV Services. She is the general counsel for HOV Services, Meridan consulting, source, HOV Canada and rust consulting.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling daily legal issues, litigation counsel and corporate contracts; Managing human resource and security as the privacy officer; Overseeing privacy issues regarding the website, banking and health care covered entities; Assisting in daily contractual issues; Getting the background screening process up and running; Merging all the HOV and Source Corp
