Ms. Nolt has served in the state of Maryland Department of Human Resources in Baltimore City for the past 22 years, the last three in her current position as program manager of policy and procedures for the Office of Quality Assurance.

Managing the SACWIS (statewide automated child welfare information system) and the federal system of recording child abuse throughout Maryland; Overseeing policies and procedures that affect the staff; Troubleshooting problems; Addressing policy issues
