She attributes her success to God, her three children, and her husband of 27 years, David Bruce Tozier.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she was originally a bookkeeper in Boston. On the trolley one morning, with a cup of cocoa and a paper in hand, she encountered a homeless woman who sat beside her. She could feel that the woman was shivering, so she offered her the hot cocoa and her coat, marking the start of her mission.
Extended Bio Profile:
Nine years ago, Ms. Tozier sought the advice of her pastor concerning the start of an outreach program. Her pastor encouraged her in her plans. Since then, Ms. Tozier has helped feed thousands of people through the Saturday lunch program for the homeless.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Feeding the homeless at the shelter once a month; Serving between 40 and 250 lunches every Saturday; Hosting an annual summer festival and Thanksgiving feast, complete with bingo and a children's rose ceremony; Maintaining the food pantry

Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Tozier plans to open a thrift boutique shop, create a transitional housing program, which will offer new beginnings to women and children, and mange a halfway house for men. She intends to continue working with children-focused programs and soup kitchens. She hopes to ultimately become self-supportive and break free from the constraints placed upon helping people through government funding.
