Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because when she was younger, she had to visit a dietitian, and she loved the combination of medicine and food, two of her favorite things. So she decided to switch from premedical student to dietitian.

Ms. Rousso has been working as clinical dietitian for the last 20 years. She has primarily worked in long-term care nursing homes. She has worked with severely disabled adults and children as well as the elderly. When she isn't a dietitian, she is a professional violinist.

Seeing mostly elderly patients; Making nutrition assessments; Ensuring that her patients are getting enough calories; Monitoring patients' weights; Administering palliative care
