Before working for Atria Senior Living, Ms. VanBenschoten owned a consulting company and hired, defined and developed sales teams for a national sales organization. She trained the sales staff and devised strategies and methods to achieve the company's goals through the evaluation of customers' current environments and by implementing customized programs.
