She attributes her success to her passion and the desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she taught figure skating as a teenager and she was also a teacher's helper had she realized she has a natural gift for education. Even though she is not currently teaching in the classroom, she still continues to make an impact by directing.

Ms. Quintiliani Bousbouras is 35 years old, and has owned and directed a preschool since 2006. She has recently opened another site called Little Patriots ELC in partnership with Veterans Inc. This is a center for active military and veteran's newborn-infant and at-risk children. She is currently in the process of transitioning the school into a nonprofit 504 3C organization.

In five years, Ms. Quintiliani Bousbouras hopes to obtain a master’s degree in public administration, and also hopes to become an executive director.
