Starting in middle management right from college working then working for Loss Prevention at Bradlees throught he mid 1990's. After Bradlees moved to operations for Media One (now Comcast) until 1999 when joining Trinet in operations. After Trinet was pruchased by a competitor started EP Communications LLC along with former Trinet employees.

If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
I would decrease or even eliminate unemployment through several programs including an updated New Deal, favorable import tarriffs and expanding state side manufacturing through incentives for businesses small and large.
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Franklin D. Roosevelt - the only President elected to office for more than 2 terms. He led the country through the Great Depression and the world against the Axis powers during WWII. FDR would provide great insight to overcoming those obstacles as well as his personal affliction - Polio.

He became involved in his profession because he enjoys working in it, and it's what he knows. He also finds it challenging, with new technology being introduced all the time. Mr. Spears likes staying on the cutting edge.
