He attributes his success to his never giving up attitude, having a passion for what he does, and to his determination.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession after working in two industries, the first was doing 401K, then doing recon right out of college. He got into managerial roles, ran transactions in image center environments, which led him to do process improvement and continued improvement leadership. This led the six sigma program, which led him to his role in finance. He was recruited by his boss to join the transfer agency industry.
