He became involved in his profession because, during his residency, he became fascinated with the immune systems, bacteria and viruses.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Overseeing and ensuring that all faculty is assigned and given schedules, clinics and consults; Overseeing the hepatitis c clinic program, the infectious disease fellowship and research grants
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Dr. King will help grow and enlarge the fellowship and faculty. He would also like to see growth in solid organ transplants.
