Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession after being a financial advisor for 10 and a half years and seeing the business change to more and more paperwork. He got an offer to buy the practice, which gave him more time to spend with his father who was ill. When he decided to go back to the workforce, he realized that education used the same people skills and financial mathematical skills that financial advisors used, so he decided to work in the education sector.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
