Mr. Conley has spent more than 31 years working at all levels of the mining industry, beginning as an apprentice and progressing to become a chief executive officer. His many years in the industry has allowed him to develop his leadership capabilities and seek continual professional improvements. He is passionate about the mining industry and the many challenges and rewards that can be obtained in this field, and notes that each mine site has its own unique highlight in one way or another.
