What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
He attributes his success to his ability to market Wynterose in a way to enhance the continuance in building sustainable relationships that become benchmarks in industrial relationships.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because he was chief of a community and realized that there was no appropriate process for sustaining industrial and First Nation goals and interests. When resigning his position as chief, he was approached by BP, and he was asked to help with strategic planning; while working with BP he recognized the opportunity to use his knowledge and experience to benefit both corporations and Aboriginal people.

Managing client relationships; Developing strategic plans, goals and objectives; Managing high-level client, and development of regulatory filing materials; Working with a team to draft documentation; Managing all activities needed prior to filing
