She became involved in her profession because she started her career as a banker. After five years, she wanted more excitement and moved into the industrial sector, finding interest in corporate treasury.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Sislak is the European treasurer of GE Appliances & Lighting. Her career in corporate treasury spans the last 17 years. She joined GE in 2003, and relocated to the United Kingdom in 2011. In addition to possessing excellent English and Hungarian language skills, she is proficient in Russian and Slovak. She made presentations at the Fourth and Fifth Annual Corporate Banking Europe Conferences, in Prague and Bratislava, respectively, and at the Central European Treasury Conference in Vienna in 2009.
