She became involved in her profession through her extensive experience in international finances, having worked in Frankfurt, Zurich and London. She gained experience in foreign exchange, corporate and private banking, and media finances with Deutsche Bank, Julius Baer Group and DZ Bank. She was also an associate director of structured asset finances with The Royal Bank of Scotland in London.

Ms. Baer O'Mahony has worked in the nonprofit sector as the director of business development for the Institute of Economic Affairs in London. She became tired of working for large institutions and wanted to focus on education, branding, and strategies to communicate with investors. She has developed and launched a number of successful communication and media relations programs for hedge funds in London, the United States and Latin America. She has worked with Eddington Capital Management, Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC, Codiam Coloured Diamond Fund, Sciens Capital Management and Goldenhilll International M&A Advisors.

Traveling through the exhibitor’s manual; Ensuring that schedules are met, contracts are signed, forms are returned, electrics are booked, contractors are managed and passes are organized
