Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after a 20-year career in law enforcement, because of her interest in threat assessment and management.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Gray was in the law enforcement 20 years. She is a former detective in the child abuse unit and hostage negotiator with the SWAT team. She has transitioned into corporate training and has created online learning products for cost-effective mass training. The program is comprised of three distinct courses that meet or exceed legislated, regulated, and typical best practice requirements.
