Ms. Johnson is a self-taught guide on all of the history of Shetland. She is one of Shetland's premiere guides and storytellers and leads tours to all places of interest, including some of Shetland's lesser-known attractions. She also takes groups to the most glorious views, the finest places for food and drink, the best shops to buy Shetland knitwear, jewelry, and produce, and the most comfortable inns and hotels. She offers invited visitors into her Bigton home a delicious, traditional Shetland meal, which includes heather and seaweed-fed lamb (much prized in top Turin restaurants), locally grown potatoes and vegetables, followed by the most heavenly ice cream and rhubarb. Following this, the evening continues with hospitality, storytelling, fiddle music and natural wonders combined to make "In Aboot Da Night" a memorable experience.
