Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because she worked in the government department of employment. She was the head of training, responsible for identifying courses for people who needed employment and to get those courses accredited. She found that the front end work was laden down with paperwork, reports and procedures; students got less of the deal and lost motivation. She took the next 10 years to examine what she would like if she needed a job, and what would be attractive to her. In 2003, she gave up being a managing director of a French company and started her own company to train hairdressers, she got government accreditation for the training this year and expanded the training to an intensive three day program.
