Forsythe Lubrication is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2011. For an entire century, the company has been at the forefront of the manufacturing of industrial and automotive fluids. Ms. Forsythe Arbour is a fourth-generation chief executive officer who, 32 years ago, began learning the business from the bottom up, gaining invaluable experience and indispensible knowledge as she progressed along with the company.

Managing all of the company's departments; Developing and implementing the company's business strategies; Directing all sales and exportation efforts; Overseeing all major customer accounts; Conducting weekly meetings; Supervising 20 employees
