What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Watt's career achievements are numerous, however meeting new clients and working on each new project has always been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

She would like to be remembered by her peers as a problem solver with a can-do attitude who was diplomatic, cheerful, dependable, and positive.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
She would like to teach people that we are all human beings and that every person deserves respect and kindness.

She would have lunch with her late father, who passed away in 1980. He was a brilliant man with a kind and generous heart, whom she admires and misses terribly.

She attributes her success to listening to and understanding her clients' needs.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her mission has always been to help people think, speak, and write clearly about their businesses. That could mean internal processes, marketing materials, websites, presentations, and business plans. Ms. Watt states, "I know that when people understand the 'why' behind what they’re doing, they buy in and they want to be the best they can. And I’ve seen it over and over…when companies treat their staff with respect and kindness, that’s how the staff will treat their customers; it’s the simple theory of reciprocity." Her father was an entrepreneur and she think it’s in her blood.
