He attributes his success to the training he received in the military, and enjoying what he does.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession because the steel business was something different than he was accustomed to. He was in the military and got his work experience from there; when he got out, he heard about the steel company and was interested in it, after being there he really enjoyed it.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Keeping employees safe; Making sure production goes through his line; Ensuring the quality of production is good; Overseeing the receiving department; Tracking all steel that comes in the building; Doing paperwork; Keeping track of customers; Making sure quality and production on General Motors is at a certain percentage; Making sure there is enough inventory

In five years, Mr. Elwood hopes to make the company better.
