Ms. Walock has been in manufacturing for 15 years. She has worked in information technology operations for the Oracle Launch, in engineering and supply chain as well as Accenture and Bobcat. She has worked for Carlisle Brake and Friction since she was transferred from Trail King in 2010.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Leading and coordinating lean manufacturing for Bloomington, Indiana, Pontypool, Wales, Hangzhou, China, Atugi, Japan; Holding meetings with plant managers and outlining the biggest opportunities for safety, quality, productivity and delivery to meet the year's goals; Scoping out objectives for deliverable, to improve productivity and resolve safety and quality issues; Working with a team of four to 12, depending on the factory; Working with plant managers to set personal and quality goals with team members; Doing lean training through modules and exercises; Hiring; Firing Bloomington staff; Making employee assessments and evaluations, with plant managers
