He became involved in his profession because of his entrepreneurial spirit. He decided to sell what he owned and with $30,000, moved from Los Angeles to Indianapolis and started this business. There were no food trucks in Indianapolis and people ate it up.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mr. Park is a former U.S. Army infantryman, who, when injured, left the Army on a medical discharge. He is also a former financial advisor for the John Hancock Financial Network. Mr. Park is a Korean American who was born in Seoul and lived in Los Angeles for 26 years. He now sells Mexican food in Indianapolis and since arriving, his West Coast Tacos has sparked a mobile culinary trend. The company has plans to franchise into Purdue University and Indiana University.
