Every day I get to do what I love,” says Phyllis Benstein, a former engineer who left her six figure job to pursue her passion as an Independent Style Director for Gigi Hill bags. “I connect with women who want to be organized, stylish and successful. I enjoy providing support and inspiration to the stylists on my team as well as to my customers. I try to show them that it’s possible to have it all: friends, family and entrepreneurial success.
She became her own boss relying on the GiGi Hill organization and training with experts in the direct selling industry. By reaching out to others who enjoy fun, function and fashion she has grown her team to more than 50 stylists.
”When I met the founders of Gigi Hill -- two soccer moms from Los Angeles -- I was impressed by their passion to create bags that were both beautiful and functional,” adds Phyllis.”Being involved with this company in its early stages has been a phenomenal experience – We grew 900% in 2010, reaching more than $1 million in sales.”
As a busy mom, Phyllis enjoys being part of a business that gives her the flexibility to spend time with her family. Her husband, two teenage sons and two daughters ages 19 and 21 are all supportive of her new career.
