I have been a practicing hairdresser for 41 years. I also worked for a wig distributor during my career and have been involved with the National Alopecia foundation at their convention where I addressed individuals hair loss concerns.
I have worked in several high end salons, and most recently opened my own private salon.
Career Achievements:
I have had the good fortune to work with many individuals through out my career who faced hairloss that affected their intire lives.
I have been interviewed and profiled in several magazines, and am currently working with a surgical hair transplant physician to try to direct my clients who can and want this service.

I collect various hair good products and donate them to a local highschool's theatre program and to the american cancer foundation's wig bank.

She became involved in her profession because she was always the go to girl in high school to do her friends hair and stayed in the profession.

Ms. Buongiorno is a salon owner and hairdresser with over 40 years experience and have a back ground in hair replacements and hair extension application for fashion as well as medical or inherent hair loss for women. She is a past member of the hairdresser's association. Ms. Buongiorno is continuing education to keep her licenses up.

besides my cosmetology license, I have aquired several certifications in various forms of hair replacements, wigs, and extensions.
I was a sales rep and consultant for a wig distributor, and worked at the cosmetology trade shows demonstrating and selling various hair goods and supplies to attendees in the trade.
