Ms. Fleming has many characteristics that separate her from other professionals. First she is skillful enough to be a self-starter, as well as a team player. While employed at Michael Reese Hospital, she was a receptionist and appointment coordinator working in orthopedics. She also worked with the doctors with the female patients. In addition, she is flexible and has a positive attitude about the task at hand.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Fleming's greatest achievement was while she was employed at Michael Reese Health Plan as a receptionist and switchboard operator, where she was able to help an unruly patient waiting to be picked up by her son. She sat with her until her some came, where the patient's son revealed that his mother had Alzheimer's and would not come with anyone. Her ability to handle a stressful situation and turn them into a positive situation is one of her greatest achievements.
